Go for discount, compare your bills with different shops and bargain for discount. It will save lot of money over the period of time. Lets take an example if shop A is giving you 5% discount and shop B is giving you 20% discount, than you will save 100% money in 5 months in shop B case but it will take 20 months in shop A case.

In these digital era, everything is available online. There are lot of new start up who gibe immense discount, even up-to 50%-70% on total bill.

4. Eat Proper diet

Eating good food can save you from many lifestyle created diseases. Your diet should contain fat, carbs, protein and fiber. Avoid oily food, fast foods, and eat more vegetable, fruits etc. make a diet plan of week and start following it. After sometime, it will become habit.

5. Get Proper exercise
